You may recognize me from recent years of mailings or dropping marketing materials at your doorstep.  You may recognize me from kids sporting events or from the local schools.  You may not know me at all.

My hope is to reintroduce myself to you as your local real estate professional but my goal with this site is to provide you information that you really care about.

About a year ago, I started to rethink the ways of connecting with clients.  I knew that my clients and local Las Flores neighbors had tired of the bombardment of ‘look what I sold’ type marketing.  I recognized what they really craved was information – information about the market, information about their local neighborhood, information about property values – information that impacted them, not information about me.

So last year I launched OC Real Estate Voice in an effort to provide my friends and clients meaningful information about the national and Orange County marketplace.  The response has been tremendous and I began to think there might be value in creating a local real estate resource for residents of Las Flores.

The result was My Las Flores.  You will find everything you need to know about Las Flores real estate such as:

  • Current listings
  • Market trends
  • Floorplans
  • Analysis of inventory and what the trends mean to you.

You may still get a few postcards mailed to you to remind you that this site is here to serve you with any real estate concerns you may have.  But there is no hard sell here – it’s just not how I work.  If you have questions about me and my experience, never hesitate to ask.  I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business now or down the road.
