There may be a couple items in the chart that require explanation.

• Trct - This is your tract code.  If you see Othr it is likely an agent that was unfamiliar with the area and didn’t know the tract code.  If you don’t know your tract code, you can refer to the floorplans page on this site or reach out to me and I’ll let you know.
• A/D – refers to Attached or Detached
• SP/SqFt – the price per square foot received in the sale.
• SP/LP – the sale price as a percentage of the price it was listed for at the time of sale.
• SP/OLP -  the sale price as a percentage of the price it was originally listed for.
• DOM – Days on Market.
